When we work with organizations, we typically offer the following tailored to your needs and the specifics of your situation:

Mediation or other intervention for acute problems;

Cultural health surveys in order to take the temperature of the general workplace and understand what underlying issues may exist; and

Policy support, investigation, workshops, or trainings where necessary to comprehensively address challenges.

To the best of our knowledge, we have seen an 100% success rate from our services in promoting retention of employees at least one year after mediation, and in avoiding the costs of unnecessary investigations or interventions that cause disruption in the workplace. Meredith Holley's hourly rate is $350 per hour, though interventions may involve other experts.
